16. Why was my order not delivered / My Package Undeliverable? |
Our shipping carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address:
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier.
If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.
Other Address Problems:
In Extreme rare cases, the carrier may make a mistake and leave the package at a different address from what was printed on the label, In such rare cases we can file an insurance claim for you.

lingeriextc.com has to pay a return shipping to claim undeliverable items
In this case you have two options
Option # 1 – Refund
1) All product cost and taxes will be refunded.
2) The shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered packages.
3) A restocking fee of 20% applies.
4) Return Shipping which was paid by lingeriextc.com will be deducted plus a $ 10.00 service charge will apply.
5) If the shipping cost paid by you (The Customer) was less than the actual shipping paid by lingeriextc.com , then the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
[This may happen when promotional ship rates are offered]
Option # 2 - Ship Again
1) you (The Customer) Pay the Return Shipping paid by lingeriextc.com
2) Pay our regular shipping charges again - Promotional ship is for new orders only

21. How do I wash my delicate Lingerie? |
Hand Wash
We can’t stress this enough. Washing machines and dryers are lingerie killers. The heat breaks down the fabric fibers and shortens their life span.
Washing machines bend the wires, twist the fabric, and make t-shirt bras wrinkly. Not to mention detergents are way too harsh on the fine fabrics and special materials used to make your new unmentionables.
What shall I wash them with? A baby detergent, lingerie wash, or specialty organic fabric wash.
Soak your bras in cool soapy water for approximately a half hour. This will help highly elastic items return to their original shape. Sometimes, but not often, some dark dyes can be released the first few washings, so do your light colors first. Rinse them well and gently squeeze excess water out. Never wring them out!
If washing makes them wear out faster how often should you wash them? Good question.
It depends on you and the climate you live in. If you live somewhere it can be hot and humid need to wash after every wearing. When perspiration is not an issue you should be able to wear it three or four times between washings.
ALWAYS air-dry your lingerie, either hanging up or laid flat out of the sun and away from heat sources. |
